We installed 15 tables, each seated with 4 chairs, creating 60 total seats spread across both the indoor common area and the outdoor space. Residents now have flexible options regardless of the weather or their preferred setting — a sunny afternoon on the patio or a relaxed indoor meal with neighbors are equally comfortable and inviting choices.

Dedicated Lounge Seating Area

Beyond the dining tables, we designed a dedicated sitting area built for informal conversation, relaxed breaks, and the kind of spontaneous social interaction that defines a genuinely connected community. The lounge area gives residents a space that feels more like a living room than a waiting room — warm, comfortable, and built for people who want to stay a while.

Weather-Ready Outdoor Furniture

Every outdoor piece was selected specifically for durability against the elements — commercial-grade materials and finishes that look and perform well season after season without constant upkeep or replacement. Residents can enjoy the outdoor space year-round without the community worrying about weather damage or premature wear.
