O’Brien, Belland and Bushinsky Law Case Study

The client needed more office space, but had no rooms left in their suite. Instead of having a contractor come out and have to go through permitting and construction, they asked us for a solution. Our plan included two panel enclosed offices. We put fabric panels below for privacy and glass up top for light. Each office has a real door which can close and lock. It turned out very well and the client was delighted with the result.

A professional services firm recently partnered with Boomerang Office Furniture to solve a pressing problem: they needed more private office space, but had no additional rooms available within their current suite. Traditional office renovations weren’t a feasible option. The cost, permitting requirements, and disruption to daily operations made hiring a contractor unrealistic. The client needed a smarter, faster, and more flexible solution.

Boomerang stepped in with an innovative plan centered around modular office furniture and panel-based enclosures. Instead of tearing down walls or remodeling the space, Boomerang designed and installed two fully enclosed offices using a modular system. Each enclosure was thoughtfully constructed with fabric panels along the bottom to maintain visual privacy and glass panels at the top to allow natural light to flow throughout the space. To maintain a sense of permanence and professionalism, both offices were outfitted with full-sized, lockable doors.

One of the greatest advantages of this solution was that it required no building permits, construction crews, or permanent alterations to the suite. The Boomerang team handled all aspects of the project—from planning and space configuration to delivery and installation—executing everything quickly and with minimal disruption to the client’s operations.

The end result was a dramatic transformation of the client’s open office layout into a more structured and functional environment. The two modular offices blended seamlessly with the existing design and provided much-needed privacy, organization, and flexibility. This project not only solved the client’s space constraints, but also avoided the high costs and delays associated with traditional renovation.

By leveraging custom office enclosures and modular systems, Boomerang Office Furniture helped the client create additional workspace in a fast, cost-effective, and compliant way. The client was thrilled with the outcome, noting that the offices looked great and delivered exactly what they needed—without the headaches of construction.

This case showcases how modular office furniture can provide a powerful alternative to traditional office remodeling. Boomerang’s approach proved that flexible workspace solutions can be elegant, practical, and ready to scale with the needs of any growing team.
