Situs Rerc is one of the first and continues to be one of the most recognized firms dedicated to providing real estate valuation advisory services in the US and Europe. With more than 80 years of experience, Situs Rerc is a well-established thought leader concerning commercial real estate investment performance and valuation. Situs was moving into a brand-new office space in less than a 4-week time period. Boomerang’s lead time to produce our custom workstations and other office furniture solutions is a 4-6-week lead time. To meet our client’s deadline Boomerang utilized preowned, overstocked, and refurbished office furniture inventory for this project. Boomerang provided and installed (3) L shaped and (2) clusters of benching style workstations with under storage pedestals. Executive offices were furnished with overstock D top L shaped desks with under storage pedestals and guest seating. Boomerang installed (1) preowned 12-foot black conference room table with glass top which included 2 power modules with conference seating.
