A national commercial real estate company came to boomerang for help in solving their clients need for an extremely fast furniture solution to outfit a special project 15-person office space. To compound the issue the clients special project would require voice and data capability and was forecasted to last only 6 to eight 8 months. Boomerang’s rental division stepped in and the next day had completed field dimensions and designed a space plan which included cubicles, benching stations, offices, conference room and café area. The client was able to occupy the space 5 days from inception at a cost of less than $6.00 a day per employee.
